The answer came in the form of Wendy. She had a number of properties lined up for me to view when I arrived for a visit and continued to work on my behalf after I left. It didn't take her long to find the right place and the purchase was concluded without delay. I couldn't have done it without her. From start to finish, Wendy was thorough, attentive - and always good fun to deal with. As part of the service she researched our property to ensure we were not buying a property with either structural or planning issues. She handled all the negotiations with the French officials which we could never have done. But the pièce de résistance was she even found us our Guardien who is wonderful - This means we can sleep at night and never worry about the house. Without a shadow of a doubt, the service she offers is invaluable, because without her, I am sure we would not have found such a nice house and would have probably got stung through our own naivety in the bargain.
